Additionally, he was in charge of designing and conducting in-house training programs for\u00a0<\/span>
the companies under his charge. David\u2019s ability to converse in English, Mandarin and\u00a0<\/span>

has over 30 years of work experience in the hospitality, food, retail and healthcare industries.\u00a0 Her last corporate position was Senior Manager at Scotts Holdings.\u00a0 She has developed programmes and created structured \u201cOn\u2013the-job\u201d (OJT ) manuals for the hospitality, food and retail industries in Singapore, South East Asia and London<\/p>\n

\u00a0In addition, Gladys used to teach English Skills module for PSB Academy and Oral English examinations for British Council, Singapore.\u00a0 She developed training programmes and training manuals for The Ascott Serviced Apartments (1986 \u2013 1999 ) ,\u00a0 former Beaufort hotel at Sentosa (early 2000s ) and The Racha Resort in Phuket ( 2005 – 2006 ). \u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/i><\/b>Currently she conducts the Think On Your Feet <\/i><\/b>and Writing<\/i><\/b> Dynamics<\/i><\/b> courses at the Civil Service College. She enhances her interactive and lively training sessions with specific examples relevant to the industries.<\/p>\n

Raymond Ang obtained his Master of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University, Australia.\u00a0 He has over 30 years of working and teaching experience in accounting and finance.\u00a0 Besides delivering lectures for students up to the master degree level at local educational institutions, he also conducts corporate and public training.<\/span><\/p>\n
