Managing Events
This is a 2-day “Event –Management Made Easy” course for anyone involved in organizing and managing any-sized events- from a Welcome Lunch to Opening Ceremonies to Events for Public to Seminar/Conference/Exhibition.
It provides an overview of event management and then delves into specifics which make events successful. The unique feature is, it is a practical course facilitated by event-management-practitioners. Participants go away with both a Framework and plenty of Tips
Workshop Objectives:
- To develop capacity building in the project and event management sectors
- To look at and understand the steps and intricacies involved in the conceptualization, organizing, pre-event preparations, onsite implementation, crisis management and post event wrap up and reports.

Upon course completion, participants will be able to:
- Plan and manage an event from conceptualization to implementation and
post event activities. - Be aware of Do’s and Don’ts of organizing and managing events.
- Acquire skills and knowledge on how to handle pre-event and on-site preparations and operations.
